Attach files to a Schoolbox message

If you don't see this

• It needs the Create Schoolbox Messages permission. A director grants it under Manage School → Staff → Permissions.

Attach flyers, forms or photos to a message. Families can open them from the message.

Before you start

• Finish Send a Schoolbox message first.

Steps

1. In the composer, under Attachments, tap Add attachment.

2. Choose the file:
   • On a phone, tap Photo from library or Pick a file.
   • On the web, pick the file in the browser's file window.
3. Tap an attachment's name to preview it. Tap its X to remove it.

Troubleshooting

• "Size Limit Exceeded". The files you added are over 10MB together. Remove some or use smaller files.
• A file didn't attach. A file with the same name is already attached. Rename it and try again.
