View and restore archived leads

If you don't see this

• It needs the CRM permission. A director grants it under Manage School → Staff → Permissions.

Archived leads stay in Asilo. You can review them and restore one when a family comes back.

Before you start

• Finish Archive a lead first.

Steps

View archived leads

1. Open Dashboards → CRM.
2. Open the Hot Leads tile's menu and tap View Archived Leads.

3. Review the Archived Leads table. Tap a child to open their Enrollment & CRM card.

Restore a lead

1. From Enrollment & CRM, tap Child Details.
2. Tap the child's status (Archived Lead) to open Enrollment History.
3. Tap Restore Lead. You'll see Lead restored.

Tips

• A restored lead goes back to Lead status and shows on Hot Leads again. Its history is kept.
• You can also reach a child's profile from My School. The status shows Archived Lead there too.
