• It needs the CRM permission. A director grants it under Manage School → Staff → Permissions.

The CRM: Conversion tile charts leads, tours and registrations over time. You can download the same numbers as a PDF.

Before you start

• Finish Read the CRM dashboard first.

Steps

1. Open Dashboards → CRM and find the CRM: Conversion tile.

2. Tap the date range in the tile header and choose Today, This Week, Last Week, This Month, Last Month, This School Year, All Time or Custom.
3. Tap the download icon.
4. Wait while Generating Report finishes. On the web the PDF downloads; on a tablet the share sheet opens so you can save or send it.

Tips

• The tile opens on This School Year, counted from July 1.
• Hover a point on the chart to see that period's leads, tours and registrations with MoM and YoY change.
