Email a group of leads from Hot Leads

If you don't see this

• It needs the CRM permission. A director grants it under Manage School → Staff → Permissions.

Send the same Schoolbox email to every lead currently in view on Hot Leads, for example all Re-Engage families.

Before you start

• Finish Work your Hot Leads list first.

Steps

1. Open Dashboards → CRM and pick the segment you want in the Hot Leads bar. Use Filter by status to narrow it further.
2. Tap Send Message under the table.

3. If you're on Re-Engage, pick a template (such as the Asilo re-engagement template) or start a blank message. Other segments open a blank message.
4. Check the recipients, write or edit the subject and message, and send it as you would any Schoolbox message.

Tips

• Every lead in the segment is included, across all pages of the table, not only the rows on screen.
• Parent emails are looked up when the message sends, so leads without an email on file are skipped.
• Template placeholders such as the parent's name are filled in per family when the message goes out.

Troubleshooting

• Send Message is greyed out. No leads are in view. Pick another segment or clear the status filter.
