Website tour widget and lead sources

The Asilo tour widget puts tour booking on your school's website. Every booking creates a lead and a tour in your CRM.

Before you start​

  • Asilo turns on online tour booking for your school and gives you the embed code. Contact Asilo support to get it.
  • Set your tour hours first. See Set tour times and blackout dates.

Steps​

  1. Paste the embed code into your website. Your web person can show it on the page itself, or as floating Schedule Tour and Contact Us buttons.
  2. A family picks a school (if your network has several), then a date and time.
  3. They fill in Tell us about yourself: parent and child names, Child Birthday, email, phone and an optional message, then tap Schedule Tour.
  4. They see Your Tour is Scheduled! and get a confirmation email with their tour link.
  5. In Asilo, the family appears as a new lead with an unacknowledged tour. Acknowledge it.

Tips​

  • Lead Source on a lead's Child Information card shows where the lead came from: your website, a text message, another integration, or the name of the staff member who added it.

  • The Lead Quality tile on the CRM dashboard compares registrations to total leads for each source.
  • A family who uses the widget's contact form instead of booking also becomes a lead, and gets a "thanks for reaching out" email.
