Read the Command Center billing tiles

These Financials tiles show billing health across your selected schools and let you fix problems without leaving Command Center.

Before you start

Steps​

  1. Open Dashboards → Command Center and scroll to Financials. Add missing tiles from the Tile Bank.

  2. Read each tile, and click it for detail:
    • Tuition365 (needs can_access_billing): a 0–100 financial-health score (revenue against target, AR % of revenue, revenue per student, add-on use). Click an Action Items row to work through missing invoices, missing recurring rates or unpaid AR.
    • Accounts Receivable (needs can_access_billing): delinquency % with aging buckets (<30 Days, 30–60 Days, 60+ Days). Click a bucket for its invoices; download PDF or Excel.
    • Unpaid Invoices (AR) (needs can_access_billing): a sortable list of outstanding invoices with filter chips and Export.
    • Missing Invoices (needs can_access_billing): enrolled children with no invoice for the period. Open a child to Send Invoice, message them through SchoolBox, or Dismiss.
    • Billing Pipeline (needs can_access_billing): Action Required (missing and duplicate invoices), unpaid by age, and paid. Send Reminder emails families in an unpaid stage; a duplicate opens Duplicate Invoices, where you can Add Credit or Dismiss. The More menu opens written-off and dismissed items.
    • Billing Alerts (needs can_access_billing): missing and duplicate invoices plus pending billing requests (refund, write-off, delete, ACH unlock, credit) by school. Click a row to act on it.
    • Active Rates (needs can_access_billing): a school's rate mix (tuition, add-ons, scholarships, vouchers, discounts). Click a rate for its children.
