Read the Command Center Overview tiles

The Overview section is the top band of Command Center. By default it shows five score cards (SchoolScore, Tuition365, EnrollmentIQ, PipelinePulse, Sentiment Analysis) and the Approvals tile. Tuition365, EnrollmentIQ and PipelinePulse are explained with their own sections.

Before you start

Steps​

  1. Open Dashboards → Command Center and scroll to Overview. Missing a tile? Add it from the Tile Bank.

  2. Read each tile, and click it for detail:
    • SchoolScore (needs can_access_network_dashboard): a 0–100 health score for each school plus a network score, with month-over-month and year-over-year change and counts of Strong, Stable, At Risk and Critical schools. Click a tier or View By School › to open SchoolScore Breakdown, filter by tier, and expand a school to see its weighted categories.
    • Sentiment Analysis (needs can_create_surveys): weekly family-survey sentiment (Positive, Mixed or Negative) with week-over-week change and response rate. Click it for the network summary, step between weeks, and click View Surveys on a school to read its responses.
    • Approvals (needs can_approve_items or can_approve_billing_requests): live counts of items waiting in the Approval Center across your selected schools, one page per category. Click an item to open the Approvals sheet and act on each school's items. Click the menu icon (Customize) to choose and reorder the categories: Enrollment, School Records, Family Communication, Billing.

Tips​

  • A clock badge in a tile header means the numbers are cached. Hover to see when they were refreshed; click it to refresh now.
  • The expand arrow on score cards makes a card bigger to show its stats.
  • Network IQM on a score card is the average of the middle half of your schools, so one outlier doesn't skew it.
