Open Command Center and pick your schools

Command Center is the multi-school dashboard. Every tile adds up the schools you select, so you can look at one school, a region, or your whole network.

Steps​

  1. In the sidebar, open Dashboards and click Command Center. It is also your first screen after signing in.

  2. Click Select schools (or the Schools pill once schools are picked). The Filter schools screen opens.
  3. On the Schools tab, tick the schools you want. Use the search bar, Select all, or Clear.
  4. Click Apply. The tiles reload for your selection.

  5. To keep this set, click Save Group, type a name (for example "North side") and click Save.
  6. To switch sets later, open the picker, choose Your groups, and click a group. It applies right away.
  7. Change the school year with the year picker at the top right.

Tips​

  • Click the x on a school chip to drop that school from the selection.
  • If you change a loaded group, it is marked edited. Click Update "<group name>" in the picker to save the change to the group.
  • In Your groups, the ... menu on a group offers Rename, Edit schools and Delete. Deleting a group keeps your current selection.
  • Edit Targets in the More menu opens the target editor for your current school. See Set enrollment, registration and revenue targets.

Troubleshooting​

  • "No schools selected". Click Select schools and pick at least one school.
  • Some schools are greyed out in the picker. "Selections can't mix networks". Clear your selection to switch to another network.
  • A tile I expected is missing. Each tile needs its own permission (for example CRM or Billing). See the tile lists in this section.
