Add, move and resize Command Center tiles

Your Command Center layout is personal. You choose which tiles show, where they sit and how big they are, and Asilo saves it for you.

Before you start

Add a tile​

  1. Click the More menu (top right) and choose Tile Bank.

  2. Browse the sections (Overview, Enrollment & Capacity, Financials, Payroll, CRM, Engagement & Sentiment). Each card shows a preview and a short description.

  3. Click a card. The tile is added to the bottom of the Overview section. Cards marked Already on layout can't be added twice.

Move, resize or remove tiles​

  1. Open More and turn on Edit Layout.
  2. Drag a tile to a new spot, including into another section.
  3. Click a tile's ... (Tile options) menu and pick a size such as 6×6, or choose Send to bank to remove it.
  4. Open More and turn Edit Layout off when you are done. Changes save as you go.

Reset to the default​

  1. Open More and choose Reset Layout.
  2. Click Reset to confirm. Your tile positions, sizes and collapsed sections are replaced by the default layout.

Tips​

  • Click a section header to collapse or expand it.
  • Some tiles have an expand arrow in their header that makes them bigger for a moment without changing your saved layout.
  • Tiles you don't have permission for never appear, even after a reset.
  • The Enrollment, Billing and Payroll dashboards have the same Edit Layout, Tile Bank and Reset Layout options.
