The Enrollment dashboard is the single-school view of enrollment. It opens for your current school and follows the school you pick at the top.
Steps
- In the sidebar, open Dashboards and click Enrollment.

The Enrollment dashboard with Overview, Pipeline and Enrollment sections - To change school, click the school name at the top.
- Read the Overview cards: EnrollmentIQ (enrollment-health score; click for the breakdown) and Open Seats (target minus active and pending children for a month, with its own month picker).
- Work the Pipeline section. The Enrollment Pipeline tile sorts children into Action Needed, Registered, Active, Re-Registration and Archived. Click a child to act on their alert, or use Send on Re-Registration.
- Review the Enrollment section: Enrollment to Target, Attrition, Enrollment by Age, Active Rates, Paid Registrations, Attendance Alerts and Forms. What each tile shows is explained in Read the Command Center Enrollment & Capacity tiles.
Tips
- The search icon at the top finds a child or an invoice.
- The + button at the bottom right offers New Child, New Classroom and Add Staff.
- More → Edit Targets opens the target editor; More → View Old Dashboard opens the previous My School enrollment screen.
- More → Tile Bank, Edit Layout and Reset Layout customize the layout; the Overview cards stay fixed. Reset Layout here resets straight away, without asking.
Troubleshooting
- A tile is missing. Some tiles need more permissions: Active Rates and Attendance Alerts need Billing; Enrollment to Target, Attrition and Paid Registrations need CRM.
