Compare schools on the Legacy Network screen

Before Command Center, network reporting lived on the School Network screen. It is still available as Legacy Network and is useful for side-by-side school charts and year-over-year comparisons.

Steps​

  1. In the sidebar, open Dashboards and click Legacy Network.

  2. Pick the school year at the top right.
  3. Click a chip: Revenue, Registration, Payroll, Enrollment, CRM or Surveys.
  4. In the school list on the right, tick the schools to compare. Use Search schools..., or switch to another network from the list.
  5. Switch the chart view with Total, YTD and Trend (Capacity and Trend on Enrollment).
  6. Click the clock button next to the chart title to show or hide last year's numbers.
  7. Click a school in the chart to see its details.
  8. What each chip shows:
    • Revenue: revenue against target, plus a YTD target gauge and a revenue-stream breakdown.
    • Registration: paid registrations, totals, and a retention chart.
    • Payroll: payroll against revenue and targets.
    • Enrollment: capacity use and trend, with an enrollment heatmap.
    • CRM: lead and tour metrics for a date range. Click the download button (Download CRM Metrics Report) for a PDF.

    • Surveys: network surveys with Recipients, Completed, Rate, Schools and Launched; click a survey for its answers.
