Edit targets, capacity and payroll from Legacy Network

Each chart on the Legacy Network screen has a ... menu with tools for one school at a time. Every tool first asks you to Select School.

Before you start

Steps​

  1. Open Dashboards → Legacy Network and click the chip you need.
  2. Click the ... menu at the top right of the chart.

  3. Choose a tool, then click the school in Select School:
    • Edit Targets (all chips except Payroll) opens the target editor. See Set enrollment, registration and revenue targets.
    • Edit School Capacity opens a Capacity field. Type the number of seats and click Save.
    • Edit Payroll Targets (Payroll chip) opens Edit Payroll Targets for the school year. Enter the targets and save.
    • Trueup Payroll (Payroll chip) opens Trueup Payroll - <school>, where you step through weeks with Previous Week and Next Week, add or edit staff rows with the + button, and enter actual pay. To load a payroll file instead, click the upload icon in Select School.
    • Set School Benefit % (Payroll chip) sets the benefit percentage for that school's payroll figures.
  4. Close the tool. The chart refreshes with your changes.

Tips​

  • The Payroll-chip tools also need the Tuition Revenue permission.
  • After a file upload, a results summary lists sheets processed, staff processed, payroll weeks affected and any users not found.
