If you don't see this

• It needs the Report Center permission. A director grants it under Manage School → Staff → Permissions.
• It needs the Classroom Reports permission. A director grants it under Manage School → Staff → Permissions.

Immunizations & Physicals lists the immunization and physical records for every enrolled child. You'll find it in the Classroom Reports section in Report Center.

Steps

1. On the sidebar, click Report Center and expand Classroom Reports.
2. Click Immunizations & Physicals.

3. Under Select schools, click the row, check the schools to include, and click Done. Your current school is preselected.
4. Leave Format on Excel. It is the only format for this report.
5. Click Generate. The file downloads when it's ready. You can also get it later from the Report queue.

Tips

• Who it's for: Directors preparing for licensing inspections or following up on missing records.
• Format: Excel only. It has no period: it always uses live data as of the moment it runs.
