Approve medical records parents upload

Parents can upload immunizations, physicals, allergies, and medications from their app. You check each one before it counts.

Steps​

  1. Open Approvals (phone) or Approval Center (sidebar), tap the School Records chip, and under Medical Records tap the child's row.

  2. Tap the record marked (Pending).
  3. Open the attached document with View Uploaded Document.
  4. For immunizations and physicals, pick the Expiration Date.
  5. Tap Approve, or tap Deny and confirm with Yes.

You can do the same from the child's profile: Medical shows pending counts, for example "Allergies (1 Pending)".

Tips​

  • Denied records are hidden from staff lists; the parent sees them as denied and can upload again.
