Every scholarship or voucher rate on a child's Recurring Tuition should have a current award letter. Asilo shows one row per rate with its status: No letter, Letter on file, or Expired.

Before you start

Steps

  1. Open the child's profile, tap Tuition, then Award Letters.
Award Letters with one row per scholarship or voucher rate
  2. Tap a rate that shows No letter, or tap +.
  3. In Upload Award Letter, attach the file.
  4. Check Rate ("Link this letter to a scholarship or voucher"). Pick a rate or Leave Unlinked.
  5. Optional: set the Expiration Date. The letter shows as Expired after this date.
  6. Add a Note if useful and tap Save.

Manage a letter

  • Tap a rate with a letter: View Document, Replace Letter, Edit Expiration, or Delete.
  • Letters under Unlinked (often uploaded by parents): Link to Rate… or Deny.

Tips

  • Parent uploads also appear in the Approval Center under School Records → Award Letters.
  • Uploading, replacing, and denying need Assistant Director or higher, or Finance.

Troubleshooting

  • "No scholarship or voucher rates on this child's schedule." Add the scholarship or voucher to the child's Recurring Tuition first.
