Read the enrollment Overview

If you don't see this

• It needs the My School permission. A director grants it under Manage School → Staff → Permissions.

Overview is the first chip on the Enrollment screen on a computer or tablet. Phones open straight on Active.

Before you start

• Finish Find children by enrollment status first.

Steps

1. Open My School → Enrollment. Overview is selected.

2. Read the tiles:
   • Attrition | month: Un-enrolled, Started, and Re-registered children in the selected month. Click a number to see the children.
   • Enrollment | month: a chart of Active, Registered, and Un-enrolled children. Switch between the month and School Year.
   • Missing Rates: children with no tuition rate.
   • Enrollment by Rate | month: children per rate, with Active and Un-Enrolled views and a chip per rate type.
3. Click a child in any list to open their profile.

Tips

• With the Edit Targets permission, the Enrollment tile's ⋮ menu has Edit Targets and Edit Graduating List. See Set enrollment, registration and revenue targets.
• Change the month with the date range picker at the top right.
