Record allergies, medications, immunizations, and physicals

If you don't see this

• It needs the My School permission. A director grants it under Manage School → Staff → Permissions.

Allergies and medications are written notes. Immunizations and physicals are documents with an expiration date.

Before you start

• Finish Open a child's profile first.

Steps

1. Open the child's profile and tap Medical.

2. Tap Allergies, Medications, Immunizations, or Physical.
3. Tap Add New (or the + button when records exist).

4. Fill in the record:
   • Allergies / Medications: type the Allergy or Medication. Attaching a document is optional.
   • Immunizations / Physical: attach the document, pick the Expiration Date ("Pick the date this record expires."), and add a Note if useful.
5. Tap Save.
6. To change or remove a record later, tap it and choose View Document, Edit, or Delete (confirm with Remove).

Tips

• Expired immunizations turn the Medical card's alert to Expired.
• Allergies also show in the Allergies card on My School.

Troubleshooting

• Save is greyed out. Allergies and medications need text; immunizations and physicals need an expiration date.
