Assigning a form creates a signature request for each child you pick. Parents see it as something to sign in the app.
Before you start
- Finish Open School Forms first.
Steps
- Open Account and tap School Forms.
- Tap ⋮ on the family form's row, then Assign to children.

The child picker with Select all - Tap Assign form.
- The Form assigned dialog says how many new requests were sent. Tap OK.
Tips
- Children who already have an open request for this form are skipped. If every child you picked already has one, the dialog says no new requests were sent.
- Track replies with See who has signed a form.
Troubleshooting
- Assign to children is missing from the menu. You opened this school's forms from the Command Center while your session is on a different school. Switch to that school first.
- The request fails. Assigning forms needs an Assistant Director role or higher.
