See who has signed a form

Every time a form is sent, it creates a request. Signing status shows all of them for one form so you can follow up with the families or staff who have not signed.
Before you start
- Finish Open School Forms first.
Steps
- Open Account and tap School Forms.
- Tap ⋮ on the form, then View signatures.

Tips
- To see all forms for one child instead, open the child's Policy Book or Other Forms list.
- "No one has been assigned this form yet." means the form has never been sent.
FAQ
- What does Not started mean? The request was sent but not opened. The row shows when it was assigned.
- What does Opened mean? The signer opened the form but has not submitted it.
- What does Signed mean? The form is complete. The row shows who signed and when.
- What does Exempt mean? A director marked this child as not needing the form.
- What does Voided mean? The request was cancelled, or the form was deleted before it was signed.
