Find forms you have signed

Every form you sign is saved to your account.

Steps

1. Open Account (on the sidebar, or the account icon at the top right on a phone).
2. Tap My Signed Forms.

3. Tap a form to open the signed copy. On the web, use the download icon; in the app, use the share icon to save or send it.

Tips

• If the list is empty, you have not signed any forms yet.
