Preview a form before sending it

If you don't see this

• It needs the Add School Forms permission. A director grants it under Manage School → Staff → Permissions.

Preview shows how the finished form will look to signers, so you can catch a misplaced box before anyone signs.

Before you start

• Finish Place fields on a form first.

Steps

1. In the Form editor, tap the eye icon (Preview) at the top.

2. Read the banner: prefilled fields show sample values such as "Signer Name", "Child Name", and today's date.
3. Scroll through the pages and check every field sits on its line.
4. Close the preview to return to the editor and adjust anything that is off.

Tips

• To preview a form already sent to a child, open the child's forms list and tap the eye icon on a pending request. It shows the child's real name in the Child Name field.
