Add an activity to the lesson plan

The day's activities come from the Lesson Library (or your school's published custom lessons). Books in Related Reading are added automatically from the activities you pick.

Before you start

Steps​

  1. Open the lesson plan for the classroom and day.
  2. Under Activity, tap + Add.

  3. The Library opens. Browse a chip or tap Search Library and search.
  4. Tap a lesson to open it.
  5. Tap Add to Lesson Plan at the bottom. You return to the plan with the lesson added.

Afternoon Extension​

  1. Under Afternoon Extension, tap + Add on Physical Activity or Afternoon Activity.
  2. In Add physical activity or Add afternoon extension, tap a lesson.
  3. Tap Add to Lesson Plan.

Remove an activity or book​

  • Tap the delete icon on the activity or book tile. It is removed right away, with no confirmation.

Tips​

  • Add to Lesson Plan only appears when you open the Library from a lesson plan. Lessons opened from the Library tab or Toolkit are read-only.
  • Tap an activity already on the plan to open the full lesson.

Troubleshooting​

  • Related Reading says "No Books". Add an activity first. Books come from the activities.
