Add conversation prompts to the day

If you don't see this

• It needs the Lesson Plan permission. A director grants it under Manage School → Staff → Permissions.

Today's Conversations holds the discussion prompts for four moments of the day. Each card shows a + when empty or a count once prompts are chosen.

Before you start

• Finish Open today's lesson plan first.

Steps

1. Open the lesson plan for the classroom and day.
2. Under Today's Conversations, tap Morning Gathering, Lunchtime, Story Time or Math Moment.

3. On the Library chip, open a group and tap each conversation card you want. Selected cards show a check.

4. To find a card by topic, type in Search.
5. Tap the Selected chip to review your picks. Tap a card again to remove it.
6. Go back. Your selection is saved when you leave the screen; there is no Save button.

Tips

• Tap the domain icons on a card to see which learning objectives it covers.

Troubleshooting

• "No Selected Prompts". Nothing is chosen yet for that moment. Switch to the Library chip and tap a card.
• "No Matching Search". Try a shorter or different word.
