Plan from the classroom view

A classroom's page has a View Lesson Plan link that opens a week-strip view of that classroom's plan, with a Plan My Day button for filling the day automatically.

Before you start​

  • View Lesson Plan only appears on classrooms you are assigned to.

Steps​

  1. Open the classroom's page and tap View Lesson Plan.
  2. Pick a day on the weekday strip.
  3. Tap Plan My Day.

  4. Choose one:
    • Guided Curriculum to plan the next lesson in DOC: Innovation by Design.
    • Still Working... (Yesterday's Exploration) to repeat the previous day's exploration.
    • World Holidays to plan a holiday exploration.
    • Create Custom Lesson (Build Your Own Project) to write your own lesson. See Create a custom lesson.
  5. Review the sections. Tap Add on a section to add more, or the red X on an item to remove it (no confirmation).

Tips​

  • Tap the info icon next to a section title to see what it is for.
  • Notes in this view are visible to staff only.
  • On a closed day, tap Week View to open the calendar and move the plan.
