Add an internal note to the lesson plan

If you don't see this

• It needs the Lesson Plan permission. A director grants it under Manage School → Staff → Permissions.

The internal note is a place for reminders to co-teachers or a substitute. Parents who view the lesson plan never see it.

Before you start

• Finish Open today's lesson plan first.

Steps

1. Open the lesson plan for the classroom and day.
2. Scroll to Internal Note and tap Tap to add an internal note for teachers....
3. Type your note.

4. Tap Done.

Tips

• To remove the note, open it and tap Clear, then Done.
• To tell families something, use the Class Bulletin Board instead. See Post to the Class Bulletin Board.
