Use the lesson plan calendar

If you don't see this

• It needs the Lesson Plan permission. A director grants it under Manage School → Staff → Permissions.

The calendar lists a classroom's lesson plans day by day so you can spot empty days, jump between dates, and gather a week's materials.

Before you start

• Finish Open today's lesson plan first.

Steps

1. Open the lesson plan for the classroom.
2. Tap the calendar icon at the top right.

3. Scroll up or down through the days. Each day shows its plan, Partial plan, No plan or School Closed.

4. Tap a day to open its lesson plan.
5. Tap Today at the bottom to jump back to today.

Materials for a week

• Tap Materials on a week's header to see everything the week's activities need. See Print a materials list.

Tips

• Press and hold a plan to drag it to another day. See Move a lesson plan to another day.
• Tap Edit to select several days to delete, move or share.
