Send a custom lesson for review

If you don't see this

• It needs the Create Custom Lessons permission. A director grants it under Manage School → Staff → Permissions.

Drafts are private to you. When a lesson is ready, send it to review; a director then publishes it or sends it back.

Before you start

• Finish Build a custom lesson first.

Steps

1. Open the Library and tap My Projects.
2. Under Drafts, tap ⋮ on the lesson's card.
3. Tap Send to Review.

4. Confirm with Send to Review. The lesson moves to In Review and a Sent to Review message shows.

Take it back

1. Under In Review, tap ⋮ on the card.
2. Tap Send to Drafts and confirm. The lesson returns to Drafts for editing.

Tips

• You can also send from inside the builder: ⋮ → Send to Review. Save your changes first.
• When a director denies the review, the lesson returns to your Drafts. There is no separate "rejected" status.

Troubleshooting

• "Failed to load project" after Send to Review in the builder. The lesson could not be sent, for example because it is not a draft or has unsaved uploads. Tap Retry, save as a draft, and send it again from the card menu.
