Copy lesson plans to other classrooms

If you don't see this

• It needs the Lesson Plan permission. A director grants it under Manage School → Staff → Permissions.

Share on the lesson plan calendar copies plans into other classrooms. It does not send anything to families.

Before you start

• Finish Use the lesson plan calendar first.

Steps

1. Open the lesson plan calendar for the classroom that has the plans.
2. Tap Edit, then tap each day to copy.
3. Tap Share.

   Share in the calendar's Edit mode

4. In Classrooms, tick the classrooms to copy to and tap Select Classrooms.
5. Under Select a starting day, pick the first date. Each selected day's activities go on consecutive days from there.
6. Tap Share To Classrooms.
7. In Confirm, tap Continue. Existing plans on those dates in the other classrooms are overwritten.

Tips

• Directors can open any classroom's plan from My Day → Lesson Plan, then use its calendar. See Check every classroom's lesson plan.
