If you don't see this

• It needs the Teacher Toolkit permission. A director grants it under Manage School → Staff → Permissions.
• It needs the Allergies permission. A director grants it under Manage School → Staff → Permissions.

The Allergies list shows each child's recorded allergies, so you can check before meals, snacks, or activities.

Steps

1. Open Toolkit and tap Allergies.
2. Pick the classroom, or use Search Children.

3. The child list shows who has allergies on file. Tap a child to see each allergy and the date it was added.

Tips

• "No Known Allergies" means nothing has been recorded, not that the family confirmed there are none. Check with the family if unsure.
• Allergies come from the child's medical records. Directors update them from the child's profile under Medical.
