Choose which daily reports a classroom uses

Each classroom has its own daily report setup. Teachers only see the icons you turn on.

Steps​

  1. Open the classroom's settings. The quickest way: My Day → Attendance, tap the classroom, then tap the settings icon at the top right. On desktop you can also edit the classroom from My School → Classrooms.
  2. Under Classroom Features, turn on Daily Reports ("Send daily activity updates to parents for this classroom").
  3. Pick the types: Mood, Food, Nap, Potty Training, Diaper Change, Bottle, and Notes.

  4. Tap Save.

Tips​

  • The same Classroom Features list turns Progress Reports, Lesson Plan, Chat, and Attendance Signature Required on or off for the room.
