Daily report entry types and options

If you don't see this

• It needs the Daily Reports permission. A director grants it under Manage School → Staff → Permissions.

Every daily report type uses the same entry sheet. What you can pick depends on the type.

Before you start

• Finish Record a child's daily report first.

Steps

1. On a child's daily report page, tap a report icon.
2. Pick the option for that type (see Tips for the choices).

3. Tap the time to change it in Set Time, if the moment was earlier.
4. Tap Save, or Cancel to close without saving.

Tips

• Mood: Very happy!, Happy!, Quiet & thoughtful, Seemingly tired, or A bit grumpy.
• Food: the meal (breakfast, lunch, or snack) and how much the child ate.
• Nap: Less than 1 hour or Napped 1h+.
• Potty: Urinated, Moved Bowels, or Tried.
• Diaper: the diaper type, plus Cream Applied.
• Bottle: tap to Set Bottle Size in ounces, then record how much the child drank.
• Note: free text. Tap Done to save it.
• Only the types turned on for the child's classroom appear.
