Look up a child's emergency contacts

If you don't see this

• It needs the Teacher Toolkit permission. A director grants it under Manage School → Staff → Permissions.
• It needs the Emergency Contacts permission. A director grants it under Manage School → Staff → Permissions.

Emergency Contacts shows every contact on file for a child, with their relationship and contact details.

Steps

1. Open Toolkit and tap Emergency Contacts.

2. Pick the classroom under My Classrooms or Other Classrooms, or use Search Children.
3. Tap the child. Each contact shows their relationship and name, and icons for what they are allowed to do.

4. Tap a contact to see their full details, including phone and email.

Tips

• "Invited" means the contact has been invited but has not joined yet.
• This list is read-only. Directors update contacts from the child's profile.

Troubleshooting

• "No Emergency Contacts". None are on file for this child. Let your director know.
