Score a progress report

If you don't see this

• It needs the Progress Reports permission. A director grants it under Manage School → Staff → Permissions.

A report is split into developmental areas. Each area has benchmarks to score.

Before you start

• Finish Create a progress report first.

Steps

1. Open the report. Each area shows how many benchmarks are scored, for example "3 of 8".

2. Tap an area. Benchmarks open one per page.
3. Drag the slider (Slide to Score) to Working On It, Making Progress, or Got it!

4. Tap Tap to view Examples if you are unsure what the benchmark looks like.
5. Tap Add note to write an observation, then Save.
6. Swipe to the next benchmark. When the area is done, tap back. Scores are saved when you leave the area.

Tips

• Grey check marks show your scores from the previous report, so you can track change over time.
• You do not need to score everything, but a report with no scores cannot be shared.
• Additional Questions at the end add detail to the prose report.
