What's in the Toolkit

The Toolkit tab collects classroom tools. Open it from the tab bar on a phone or the sidebar on desktop.

Steps​

  1. Open Toolkit.

  2. Tap a tile to open that tool. Directors see more tiles than teachers.

Troubleshooting​

  • No Toolkit tab. Your account needs the Teacher Toolkit permission.
  • A tile is missing. Ask your director to turn on the matching permission under Classroom Tools.

FAQ​

  • Which tiles do teachers see? Progress Reports, Emergency Contacts, and Allergies, each when the matching permission is on.
  • Which tiles do directors see? Survey (if you can create surveys), Library, Posts (desktop only), Staff Timeclock (with Timeclock), Progress Reports, Scheduler (desktop only, with Scheduler), Emergency Contacts, and Allergies.
  • Where are Attendance and Daily Reports? They are tiles on My Day, not in the Toolkit, and need the Attendance and Daily Reports permissions. See Open Attendance and pick a classroom and Record a child's daily report.
