Record a child's daily report

Daily reports are logged one entry at a time as the day happens, and families see them as you go.

Steps​

  1. Open My Day and tap Daily Reports.

  2. Pick the classroom. Each room shows how many children have entries today, for example 6/12.
  3. The child list shows a small icon for each report type; filled icons already have an entry. Tap a child.
  4. On the child's page, tap a report icon: Mood, Food, Nap, Potty, Diaper, Bottle, or Note.

  5. Pick the option, adjust the time if needed, and tap Save.
  6. Swipe left or right to move to the next child in the room.

Tips​

  • A number on an icon shows how many entries that type has today. Tap it to see them and add another with +.
  • The classroom decides which icons appear. See Choose which daily reports a classroom uses.
  • Use Search Children to jump to any child.

Troubleshooting​

  • "No Daily Reports". The child's classroom has daily reports turned off.
  • "You do not have any classrooms with daily reports enabled." No classroom at your school has daily reports on.
