The Classrooms view with Un-Assigned Children on the left - Under Un-Assigned Children, check the children to place, tap Assign, and pick a classroom. You can also drag a child onto a classroom.
- To add a classroom, tap the + button, fill in Classroom Name, Room Number (Optional), Age Group, and Classroom Capacity, and tap Create Classroom.
- To change a classroom, tap it to open its details, tap ⋯, update it under Edit Classroom, and tap Save. To remove a classroom, swipe its row to the left and confirm Delete Classroom; its children and teachers become unassigned.
- Tap Save Schedule.
Tips
- Classrooms open as a table with Age, Room #, Capacity, Ratio, and Utilization. Tap Switch to Grid View for cards, where each classroom has an Assign Child button; Switch to List View brings the table back.
- A warning icon means the room is over capacity, underutilized, or has no capacity set.
- Teachers appear in a classroom once you add a Classroom block for them on the Teacher Schedule.
Troubleshooting
- "Cannot assign ... - no valid billing times". The child has no tuition rate with start and end times. Add times to the child's rate, then tap Update Data.
