If you don't see this

• It needs the My School permission. A director grants it under Manage School → Staff → Permissions.

Classroom Features let each room use only the tools that fit its age group.

Before you start

• Finish Edit a classroom first.

Steps

1. Open the classroom, tap ⋯, and choose Edit class (or start a New Classroom).
2. Scroll to Classroom Features and tap the toggles:

   Classroom Features in the classroom form

   • Attendance Signature Required: require a parent signature when signing children in or out.
   • Lesson Plan: select daily activities and prompts to share with the class and families.
   • Progress Reports: track and share developmental progress reports with parents.
   • Chat: enable direct messaging between teachers and parents (ClassChat).
   • Daily Reports: send daily activity updates to parents. When on, pick the sections teachers fill in: Mood, Food, Nap, Potty Training, Diaper Change, Bottle, Notes.
3. Tap Save.

Tips

• Infant rooms often use Diaper Change and Bottle; preschool rooms usually switch those off.
• ClassChat also depends on each teacher's ClassChat permission. See Content & Communication permissions.
