Set up network admissions automation

If you don't see this

• It needs the Network Dashboard permission. A director grants it under Manage School → Staff → Permissions.

Admissions Settings apply to every school in the network. They power the automatic follow-up families get 48 hours after a tour.

Steps

1. In the sidebar, open Dashboards → Legacy Network.
2. Click the gear (Admissions Settings) at the top right.

3. Under Network Phone Number, enter the Phone number (for example +15551234567), the Twilio SID, and an optional Friendly name, then click Save phone number.
4. Under Admissions Director, open Select director and pick the person. Their first name signs the automated text, and their email is the Reply-To on the automated email.
5. Under Automation, switch on 48h Tour Follow-up — Text Message and/or 48h Tour Follow-up — Email.

Troubleshooting

• "Add a network phone number to enable SMS". Save a network phone number first.
• "Choose an Admissions Director to enable email". Pick a director first.
• Remove the number. Click Remove phone number and confirm Remove. This disables SMS automation for the network.
