If you don't see this

• It needs the Manage School permission. A director grants it under Manage School → Staff → Permissions.

School Features are school-wide switches. Each row explains what it does under its name.

Before you start

• Finish Open Manage School first.

Steps

1. Open Account → Manage School and tap School Features.

   School Features with Surveys turned on

2. Tap a row to turn it on or off:
   • Surveys: enables building, sending, and analyzing surveys. Turning it on also turns on its three automatic surveys, which you can switch off one by one:
     • Exit Survey: sent to the family when a child leaves the school.
     • Orientation Survey: sent during a family's first few weeks.
     • Sentiment Survey: a short pulse survey sent periodically to a sample of families.
   • Autopay Lock: requires every family to keep a valid payment method with Autopay turned on.
   • Mute Autopay Invoice Notices: when an invoice will be paid by Autopay, skip the new and updated invoice notifications. Receipts are still sent after payment.
3. Tap Save Changes.

Tips

• Turning Surveys off also turns off the three automatic surveys.
• Accept Cards and Accept ACH are in the Billing section, not here. See Choose which payment methods families can use.

FAQ

• What do families see with Autopay Lock on? Families are told the school requires Autopay and cannot turn it off while a child is enrolled.
• Does the Exit Survey go out for every un-enrollment? It is pre-checked when an enrolled child is un-enrolled; you can uncheck Send exit survey for that child.
