Set school and classroom capacity

If you don't see this

• It needs the Manage School permission. A director grants it under Manage School → Staff → Permissions.

School capacity feeds utilization and target insights. Classroom capacity and ratio describe each room.

Before you start

• Classroom capacity needs My School. The Legacy Network path needs Network Dashboard.

Steps

1. Open Account → Manage School and tap Operations.

   School capacity in Edit School → Operations

2. Enter the school's Capacity and tap Save Changes.
3. For each classroom, open My School → Classrooms, select the room, tap ⋯, and choose Edit class.
4. Enter Capacity (maximum number of students) and Child to Teacher Ratio (students per teacher), then tap Save.

Tips

• Network users can set any school's capacity from Dashboards → Legacy Network: click ⋮, choose Edit School Capacity, pick the school, enter the Capacity, and click Save.

Troubleshooting

• "Please enter a valid capacity". Capacity must be a whole number greater than 0.
