Find a staff member

If you don't see this

• It needs the My School permission. A director grants it under Manage School → Staff → Permissions.

Staff are grouped by role. You see the groups at your own level and below.

Steps

1. Open My School and tap Staff.

2. Pick a role chip: Teachers, Directors, Regional Managers, Finance, Admin, or Owners. Each chip shows a count.

3. Type in Search to filter by name.
4. Tap a person to open their staff profile.

Tips

• Directors includes Assistant Directors.
• Finance users see only the Finance chip.

Troubleshooting

• A chip is missing. You can only see roles at or below your own. For example, a Director does not see Regional Managers, Admin, or Owners. The message "No staff groups available for your role" means none apply.
