Answer a survey from your school

When your school sends you a survey, you get an email and an app notification, and a Surveys tile appears on My Day until you answer.

Steps​

  1. Open My Day and tap the Surveys tile. The number on it is how many surveys are waiting.

  2. If there is more than one, pick a survey from Pending Surveys.
  3. Answer the questions. Required questions show This field is required if you skip them.

  4. Tap Submit Survey, then Submit to confirm. You see Thank You!

You can also tap the link in the survey email to answer in your browser.

Tips​

  • If you leave part way, your answers are kept on that device. When you come back you see Your previous answers have been restored.
  • A survey opened from a public link or QR code is anonymous.

Troubleshooting​

  • The survey says "Responding as" someone else. The email link was meant for that person. Tap Not you? to see your options: Fill out anonymously through the public survey link (when the survey has one), or Request your own link from the school.
  • "Login Required". Tap Log In to Respond and sign in with your Asilo account.
  • "This survey is closed". The school stopped collecting answers.

FAQ​

  • Can I change my answers after submitting? No. Once submitted, answers cannot be changed.
