The Recipients step with the five audience options - Pick one audience:
- All Parents: everyone connected to children in your school.
- Specific Classrooms: tap Tap to select classrooms, check the rooms, and tap Done.
- Select Parents: tap Tap to select children, search or use Select All, and tap Done. The parents of those children receive it.
- Public Link: anyone with the link can answer, anonymously. A link and QR code are created when you launch.
- Kiosk Mode: for a shared tablet at the front desk. The survey resets after each answer.
- For the first three options, set Recipients to Guardians Only or All Connected (every connected family member).
- Tap Next.
Tips
- To change the audience, tap the selected option to show all five again.
- Kiosk Mode adds a "What is your name?" question automatically and skips the Settings step.
- You can add more families after launch. See Manage survey recipients.
FAQ
- Why don't I see Public Link or Kiosk Mode? They are not available on a Network Survey, because a shared link cannot tell which school the person belongs to.
