Send a survey to several schools

If you don't see this

• It needs the Surveys permission. A director grants it under Manage School → Staff → Permissions.
• Your school must have Surveys turned on. It's a school setting, ask your director.

A Network Survey is one survey shared across several schools, so you can compare answers across the network. Only regional managers, administrators, and owners see this option.

Before you start

• Finish Create a survey first.

Steps

1. Open Toolkit, tap Survey, and tap the + button.
2. Tap Network Survey.

3. Check the schools to include and confirm.
4. Build the questions as usual. See Create a survey.
5. On the Recipients step, choose All Parents, Specific Classrooms, or Select Parents. When picking classrooms or children, use Select School to switch between schools.
6. Finish the Settings and Launch steps and tap Publish.

Tips

• To reuse an existing survey across schools, choose Copy from Existing, pick the survey, then choose Network Survey when asked What type of survey?
• In the survey list, network surveys are labeled Network Survey with the number of schools.
• Public Link and Kiosk Mode are not available for network surveys.
