Every launched survey has a results page with three tabs: Analytics, Questions, and Recipients.

Before you start

Steps

  1. Open Toolkit, tap Survey, and tap the survey. Use the chips at the top of the list (Active, Completed, and so on) to find it.
  2. The Analytics tab opens first. It shows:
    • Survey Details: status, dates, target audience, and settings.
    • Response Funnel: Total Recipients, Surveys Completed, and Completion Rate.
    • Net Promoter Score, when the survey has an NPS question.

  3. Scroll to Question Results for a summary of each question.

  4. Tap a question to see every answer to it.
  5. To see everything one family answered, open the Recipients tab and tap a recipient who has Started or Completed.

Reading the Net Promoter Score

  • Families who answer 9–10 are Promoters, 7–8 are Passives, and 0–6 are Detractors.
  • The score is the percent of Promoters minus the percent of Detractors, from −100 to 100.
  • Asilo labels it Excellent (70+), Great (50+), Good (30+), Needs Improvement (0+), or Critical (below 0).

Tips

  • Pull down (or refresh) to load new responses.
  • Answers from Public Link surveys show as Anonymous. Kiosk Mode answers carry the name the respondent typed.
